EDITORIL LETTER

A letter to the Editor of an English daily expressing your concern for frequent loadshedding in your locality.

To

The Editor,

The Telegraph

Kolkata---01                                    [Sub: Frequent loadshedding  in our local area.]

Sir,

I shall be highly grateful to you if you kindly allow me to ventilate through the columns of your esteemed daily about the frequent loadshedding  in our local area.

Today’s world is totally dependent on electricity.  But loadshedding has become daily routine in our locality.  Local people have been undergoing it since February. As a result, we have to stay maximum hours without electricity. Pending works of many offices are going up due to whimsical manner of local electric department. Even the students, common people can not do their important works in time. Local people  are compelled to wait for reconnection. As water supply in our area is made by the electric pump, the crisis of water supply has become an another problem. Due to loadshedding people have to suffer in the evening at the time of to and fro. Darkness always covers everywhere.

In view of the above, I appeal to the higher authority to take immediate action to solve the gigantic problem in our locality on behalf of the common people.

Thanking you,                                                                                                             Yours faithfully,

Joypur, Bankura                                                                                                          ABC
